Overall the rooms were decent for the price; however, the service has a lot to be desired. I called early knowing I’d be a late check in (midnight), and was confirming my reservation would still be there. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk staff (an older lady), rolled her eyes and was extremely short acting as if i was inconveniencing her night, and had already checked me in to the hotel prior to me even arriving. She forgot to mention that the door handles go up to open not down, like most common functioning doors, so when i went back to inform her my door was stuck she again rolled her in disgust. I was a one night stay, but when housekeeping is knocking on my door at 10am when checkout is at noon, and I am again greeted with and eye roll when i open the door, i was able to conclude that this hotel lacks proper customer service. I’m a frequent travel; however, this hotel will not be on my return list.
Great place to stay. Near the gas station and the water park. And an inexpensive place to stay near the casino.

6/16/17 When we arrived everybody we weren't even greeted. 3 people were standing behind the desk just chatting up a storm. The bathroom was subpar to say the least. The only thing I enjoyed was the Dream pool. There should be a complimentary breakfast. I would have liked heater in the bathroom
It was only one electrical outlet for the use of the guests in the whole room. The towels were not soft. The finishes were lacking a professional touch. All together not a joy, considering that it is attached to the casino, and could have been much better.
