Worst service ever!! Room was filthy! Restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned there was trash in the corner of the toilet, shower didn't look cleaned, so decided to check my bed and sheets and there were stains in the sheets and a hair ball in the sheets aswell they hadn't even been changed! Called front desk to ask if house keeping was there n let them know how filthy my room was they said no not until 10 am! I asked to speak to a manager and they said he was not available. went to the casino because I wasn't going to sleep in a dirty room so came back and seen the manager and he sais we have 24 hour housekeeping you should have called earlier and I told him I did. Long story short this hotel is a freakin joke! Customer service sux and housekeeping is definitely not doing there job! Only positive about this hotel is the free shuttle rides to the casino. Wish I could give 0 stars but it won't let me! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!
The pool is green.Does not even deserve one star. Met someone in the hallway and they said the same thing about it.
Have traveled all over including internationally and have never stayed at a more diisgusting hotel. Floors look as though they have not been vacuumed in month and the tub maybe a couple of years with the scuzzy ring around it. It smelled like moth balls when we came in, probably to cover all the scummy odors.
This place sucks. I rented a room there on 11/8 til 11/10. I had family emergency on 11/9 so at 6 a.m i went down to the lobby and spoke to the receptionists. She said she could not refund my money because the manager was not around. She said she would make a note to him, and i would see my refund on a Monday. I said ok. I called several times to speak to the manager who i could never reach. I then spoke to a rude lady who told me i had to give 24 hour notice of cancellation to my reservation. I told her That it wasn't a reservation and that the girl at front desk said id get my refund back and i was in the 24 hour notice window being that i left at 6 a.m. she continued to be argumentative..i wss already upset so told her to keep the money. They obviously need it. Worse service ever. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms also smelled really bad the a.c.didnt work properly. The beds were stiff n I Will never stay here again due to their poor customer service. Thank YOU days inn for an unforgettable experience. God bless u.

This hotel is the nastiest place I have ever slept. Tub was cracked and dirty, beds were beyond uncomfortable, AC was not up to satisfaction, bugs in the room and I woke up with hives on my face, elbows and knees. The worst part is the management never returned my call. Even reaching out to corporate was a waste of my time. I advise nobody to stay here! It is nasty, unprofessional and not worth catching anything from their dirty hotel! If I could give you zero stars I would.
