My experience here is very disappointing, disgusting and downright nasty! First, the managers knock on your door at 8:00AM in the morning to clean. My advice to that is "don't answer it!" Second, they don't even clean my room. They just give me towels and roll on there way! If you have to go to the front desk, the owners are VERY RUDE AND ARE HATEFUL! They even cuss in front of you. This place needs to be shutdown. My shower is completely cracked. When I shower water goes underneath the tub. Rooms a very outdated. The mattress hurts my back very back. The owners always adjust my air and when I get in from work, it's very "HOT"! Also, they don't even serve breakfast, it's nasty old honey buns that get left over each day because no one eats them. They do not serve juice, water, milk or coffee. It's such a shame. The WIFI is a joke. If you have to go get something from the wrong desk, customer service is very awful. I walked in and the owner said "what you need" in a anger voice. I kept my composure. He handed my some toilet paper and I went back to my room. Also, I lost my room to get into my room. I went to the the front desk to get another one and the owner sent some old guy down here to collect mine. I know have no KEY! Most hotels give out 2 keys. This place needs to be shut down! Customer service, care to your guests, false advertising, being downright hateful when you need something. The owner will meet his match one day.
This place is amazing there rooms are not the Ritz Carlton but the staff here are amazing and I can't wait to stay again. The staff are understanding of issues and they are very kind the Inn keepers brought us some peppers and vegetables from there garden at home. And they checked on use every day and they where so kind to my son. They gave him a gift as well. So as I said rooms not so great good t.v. nice restaurant down from hotel. Staff members are exceptionally great and do there job very well. Thanks
Pleasantly surprised!. Stayed here on 6/26/14 during trip to Coushatta in Kinder. I expected less for the price. Clean, comfortable, secure, friendly staff...also nice that you can park your vehicle mere feet from your door. It was a little dated in the room but great place to sleep and shower when you're on a late night casino binge. :)
The people here are very nosey. They go thru your trash to see if you cook in the room. You can't even use your microwave cause they think your cooking. The bed is horrible it makes noise. They come knocking on your door asking if your staying again if so you gotta go to the office and pay again. I hate this place. I don't recommend it to no one not even the roaches.
Worse place ever!! They never clean ur room we had to ask for fresh towels AND a broom just to sweep our room out! but when it was day rent was due they were knockin on door before 9!! Out dated tvs, wifi is a joke!! Beds were hard! So glad this stay is OVER! Rudest people EVER!
