We spent 2 nights (fri.&sat.) The room was pretty clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. The pool was nice, we had it all to ourselves on sat. what a great way to spend the day before a night of playing the slots. It's only a little ways to the casino. They do have a shuttle but we chose to drive. We'll be going back.
This was the most horrible experience ever of any hotels I have stayed at. We checked in at 5:15 pm and was told our room would not be ready for 2 1/2 to 3 hours so we went to the casino and returned at 10:15 pm to find the parking lot filled with fire trucks. We were told it was just a clothes dryer that caught fire and it was put out but as I finally was given room keys the burning smell was horrid. Then when we get to our room, no wi-fi. After being given 2 different passwords and neither worked I was told to wait 30 more minutes for the manger to get there to fix it. An hour later I called was told the wi-fi on "my side" was down and nothing could be done about it. I am in Internet Sales Manager for a living and have to have 24/7 access to my customers so we switched to the Blackjack Inn next door and was told upon check out we could not have a refund due to the fact that we "used the bathroom" while there. Do not stay here, it is old and dangerous and the management does not care to fix the problems.
