This was my second time staying at Seven Clans. I love this hotel since it's right by the pool and not far from casino. Everyone very friendly and helpful. I absolutely love that their is child care at Kid's quest. Im able to enjoy myself and bring my kids along with me to enjoy their selves. Definitely going back again soon.
I'm basing this review on the Caushatta Inn.The bathroom faucet had a pencil size leak. There was what appeared to be mildew on the shower wall. My socks were near black from walking on the carpet. If I wanted use the microwave, it was necessary for me to crawl under the table to unplug the mini-frig to plug it in. However, the beds were nice.
I love the Seven Clans. It is modern, convenient hotel. Attachment to the casino makes it super convenient. The staff is friendly, and accomodating. The gift shops also have a nice selection of items.
My visit to the Seven Clans Hotel at Coushatta was very pleasant. The hotel and my room was very clean, the hotel staff was very pleasant and attentive. Since the hotel is connected to the casino, this made my casino visit comfortable, casual, and trouble free. Will definately consider staying there again on my next visit.
There is only six handicap parking spot available.

In fairness, the maid service was very responsive to my needs as well as the front desk.
