I called ahead of time before I brought my car to have the brakes changed and the woman on the phone informed me that it would take no longer than an hour for them to change my brakes. So I dropped my car off about 15 minutes after the call. I waited for 4 hours before I received a call for them to tell me that I needed my front brakes changed then I waited for another 2 hours, I did not receive a call. After I finally got my car back the woman at the desk informed me that I could only use check or cash...which I had neither of those things readily available. 2 weeks later my brakes were completely ruined due to the lowest quality of brakes on the market and the apparently the mechanic put the on wrong. I payed more than any other place for this poor car service. I called the place to complain and I received absolutely no help and the most extreme amount of incompetence I have ever experienced.
