it was fun but there was only a little bit of games.
This place is not okay for young children under 2. Note: I told them if she gets upset just call me its that simple. My 6 month old when I went to check on her through the back window was scream crying. Like she had been crying for a very long time. The only girl in the room with 7 babies was sitting in the rocking chair on her cell phone. When I knocked on the window like "What are you doung!?" She shrugged and mean mugged me not worried at all avout getting up which really pissed me off. The way the situation was handled was even worse once I walked inside. I had to force my way to the infant room to get my child and there were about 4 other babies screaming. The manager could really care less about the girl throwing an attitude at me. Security could care less. If anything happens to your child here do not expect any help on having anything done. KEEP FAR AWAY FROM KIDS QUEST!
Cyber Quest is a awesome place to bring your children. My son loves to go there. The staff is anyways so friendly and helpful. Thank you Cyber Quest!
INFANT HUNGRY AND SCREAMING! Staff could care less
First of all they don't watch the children, all the games that had were broken or the controllers were dead and when kids get hurt they don't do alot about it or call parents.
Very poor customer service, only 1 working computer! Come here pin a regular basis and worst experience by far! Would rather have a private sitter take kids to park then deal with teenage drama from cashiers!
