Mostly permanent or long term occupants. Bathhouse left something to be desired. Noisy with dogs. OK for a quick over night for us only because we couldn't find anything else in the vacinity.
Nice out of the way RV Park. Rates are very reasonable everything is included. Very full right now because of Construction Labor has a lot of spots. On my third visit and enjoy not being cramped in!

Wonderful park. We had a huge lot with plenty of room for parking & crawfish boils. You can buy fresh crawfish 1 mile behind the park from a local man. We stayed for 2 months & never had a problem. The owner was always friendly & worked with everyone on pricing since we were unsure of our dates. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. The hot cracklins & boudin available from the service station just down the road.
