Would give 1.5* if I could, due to the politeness of the attorney in closing: but rounding down rather than up due to their doing 2 things wrong for our closing, and refusing to take a case due to being intimidated.
Previously, we contacted them over a civil suit against a police department from a different city, and they refused to speak with us about it, as they didn't want to make enemies of police in that city, apparently.
Been here a couple times, last time for a mortgage closing.
The employees are okay, and the female attorney was polite and professional. However, this was on top of hidden fees we were not told about until after being under contract, which we never signed... and they went on vacation during what should have been our closing date, with only a day or so notice.
