Dr. Courville and his nurses are amazing. They go above and beyond. You couldn't ask for better. They really listen when you talk and assess the situation thoroughly. Dr. Matt is a christian man and wonderful doctor. His office worker Beth is great too, but the lady at the front window has been rude everytime we come in here whether it be an appointment or walk-in. She is not unprofessional, but her demeanor is rude. This happens at every appointment. I have heard three people in the waitingroom say that "she is being rude" this morning. I politely addressed self-awarenes with her after hearing the third complaint and a young lady said the receptionist behavior "made her emotional". The receptionist was very receptive. We will see... Thanks Dr.Matt for being great.
