On 12/17/2017 our truck was stolen from the Coushatta casino resort parking lot. The truck was parked directly in front of the Coushatta Inn. When we noticed the truck missing we immediately reported it to the front desk and called the police. The security team says they saw us park the truck at 8pm 12/16/2017 but also say that the truck was never seen leaving the parking lot by the cameras. They also claim that this has never happened on their property before. They refuse to provide any footage to the owner of the vehicle that was STOLEN ON COUSHATTAS PROPERTY. We are absolutely appalled with the lack of security this casino provides for their visitors and visitor belongings. It also makes us question if an employee of this casino is responsible for the theft of our vehicle. This was our FIRST AND LAST time visiting this casino and would never recommend it to anyone we know. Being a casino they should be able to have a clear view of EVERYTHING ON THEIR PROPERTY. Absolutely disgusted with this place and their action on the matter.
Love Coushatta. .but it was really hard to get a beer or a drink while gambling and spending my money there..otherwise clean casino
Not huge but big enough. Smokiness was a 5/10 which I believe to be better than the boats at Shreveport but I haven't been to them in a while. We stayed at the coushatta inn which had friendly staff and nice rooms. It's just a short walk away. Table games and video games and slots. They also have a smoke free slots room next to bingo.
We always have an exceptional time when visiting here. We definitely like the seven clans hotel the best. My favorite slots are goldfish 3 and Elvira! Were here in Christmas day and the promotional gift is a Christmas platter, very cute!
